Programs

GBA provides highly effective resources developed to satisfy the unique needs of geoprofessionals, giving members essential tools for achieving success. GBA programs are an extension of those resources.

GBA offers programs to both members and non-members alike. For member firms, GBA programs offer another way to take advantage of the investment they have already made in membership in GBA, since GBA offers GBA programs to members at a discount off the regular, non-member rates.

For non-members, GBA programs can be a terrific no-commitment way to sample what GBA has to offer and learn the value that GBA brings to its members.

GBA programs consist of three main offerings:

Peer Review:

A GBA innovation, Peer Review brings geoprofessional industry leaders into your firm to review your firm’s operations and identify ways to incorporate best practices to optimize business performance.  Engineering News-Record lauded GBA Peer Review in 1999 as one of the 125 most significant construction industry innovations of the prior 125 years. Let GBA apply its 50 years of peer experience to help you prosper.

Keynotes:

GBA is a knowledgeable expert in geoprofessional business issues, and GBA responds quickly and forcefully to concepts and events that threaten geoprofessionals’ prestige or success. Learn about what GBA sees as issues of pressing importance to the industry when you invite a GBA leader to your organization’s or company’s event for a talk.

Seminars:

GBA is where businesses turn for trusted business and professional expertise, resources, and connections. As the authority when it comes to professional-risk confrontation, GBA can put together a curriculum and come to your firm to lead an educational program for your staff. Many firms invite other geoprofessionals in the area to participate in order to share the cost and make it more of a regional event.
