SUMMARY:2028 GBA Annual Conference
DESCRIPTION:GBA’s flagship gathering for geoprofessional leaders and emerging talent to learn\, connect\, and leave with practical ideas they can apply right away. The conference will feature big‑picture keynotes and timely\, real‑world sessions focused on leadership\, firm performance\, risk management\, technology\, and workforce challenges—paired with candid peer exchange that helps attendees pressure‑test ideas and bring home “Monday‑morning” takeaways. \n\nAcross the event\, you can expect a mix of structured learning and high‑value relationship‑building: Business Round Tables and peer/committee conversations designed for problem‑solving\, dedicated time to visit with sponsors\, and multiple built‑in networking moments. \nHost city: Cleveland. Located on the southern shore of Lake Erie\, Cleveland offers a walkable downtown and a lakefront setting that’s easy to explore between conference activities. It’s also home to standout cultural anchors like the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Playhouse Square theater district—great options for extending conversations with colleagues after sessions wrap.
