On October 8, more than 40 senior human resources professionals from GBA member firms
across North America joined a GBA Town Hall meeting to discuss the impact of and share
insights about a White House proclamation imposing changes to the H-1B visa program, an
important tool for employee recruitment and retention. It’s our hope that the Town Hall helped
these professionals consider a path forward that supports their H-1B employees and their firm’s
future growth. This is the recording of that town hall.
